Applicants must have at least one semester of schooling remaining at their respective institution (no graduating seniors). They must be studying broadcast, media, or related fields such as engineering, sales, business, graphic design, marketing, and others, at a Michigan college, university, or trade school.

One recipient will be selected to receive a scholarship in the amount of $5,000.00

1. Letter of recommendation from instructor

2. Other recommendation(s) from internships, work, or other

3. Resume

4. Student ID number

5. At least two examples of school projects or professional work

6. 500-word essay outlining career goals

7. Completed information below

The recipient will be notified in February 2026 and celebrated at the Student Awards Luncheon in the spring of 2026 in Lansing.
